Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, purchasing a membership, or otherwise using the Service, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. If you are using the Service on behalf of a minor, you represent that you are the parent or legal guardian and accept these Terms on their behalf.

Your use of the Service is also subject to our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, which are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

2. Description of Service

Impact Strike Fit provides online martial arts and fitness training content delivered through a structured 3-tier progression program (Foundation, Impact, and Advanced). Foundation level is currently available with 10 sessions. Workouts are approximately 17 minutes in length and are designed for at-home training. The Service includes access to training videos, program materials, and community features hosted on the Skool platform at skool.com/impact-strike-fit.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time, with or without notice. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access and are not liable for downtime, platform changes, or third-party service interruptions.

3. Membership & Billing

Membership is offered on a recurring subscription basis at $29 per month, billed automatically through Stripe via the Skool checkout and billing system.

• By subscribing, you authorize us and our payment processors to charge your payment method on a recurring monthly basis until you cancel.
• Prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated. Taxes may apply where required by law.
• You are responsible for keeping your payment information current and accurate.
• Failed payments may result in suspension or termination of access until the balance is resolved.
• We may change subscription pricing with reasonable notice; continued use after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new rate.

4. Cancellation & Refunds

You may cancel your membership at any time through your Skool account settings or by contacting us at info@impactstrikefit.com. Cancellation stops future billing but does not automatically entitle you to a refund for the current billing period.

• Subscription fees are generally non-refundable except where required by applicable law.
• Access to the Service continues through the end of your current paid billing period unless otherwise stated at checkout.
• Refund requests are handled on a case-by-case basis at our sole discretion and in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.

5. Health & Fitness Disclaimer

You participate in all workouts and training activities entirely at your own risk. You assume full responsibility for any injury, loss, or damage that may result from your use of the Service, including but not limited to muscular strain, cardiovascular events, falls, or other physical harm.

Martial arts and self-defense techniques demonstrated in the Service are for training and fitness purposes. Completion of any program does not guarantee proficiency in self-defense or protection from harm in real-world situations. Stop exercising immediately if you feel pain, dizziness, shortness of breath, or discomfort.

You are responsible for ensuring you have adequate space, proper footwear or bare feet as appropriate, and a safe training environment free of hazards. We are not responsible for injuries resulting from improper form, inadequate supervision, unsuitable training conditions, or failure to follow safety guidance.

6. Intellectual Property

All content in the Service, including videos, text, graphics, logos, workout structures, level names, and program design, is owned by Impact Strike Fit or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

• Your membership grants a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the content for your own private, non-commercial training.
• You may not copy, download (except as expressly permitted by the platform), redistribute, sell, publicly display, broadcast, or create derivative works from any Service content without our prior written consent.
• You may not share your account credentials or allow others to access the Service using your membership.
• Unauthorized use may result in immediate termination of access and potential legal action.

7. User Conduct

When using the Service and community features, you agree not to:

• Violate any applicable law or regulation
• Harass, threaten, abuse, or discriminate against other members or staff
• Post spam, misleading content, or unauthorized advertising
• Share content that is defamatory, obscene, or infringes third-party rights
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to accounts, systems, or data
• Reverse engineer, scrape, or interfere with the operation of the Service or Skool platform
• Misrepresent your identity or affiliation

We reserve the right to remove content and suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules, at our sole discretion, without refund.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Impact Strike Fit and its officers, employees, contractors, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service.

Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or (b) fifty U.S. dollars ($50).

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations of liability; in those jurisdictions, our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

9. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. You agree that any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Broward County, Florida, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.

Before filing a formal legal claim, you agree to contact us at info@impactstrikefit.com and attempt to resolve the dispute informally for at least thirty (30) days.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Material changes may also be communicated via email or a notice within the Service. Your continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must cancel your membership and stop using the Service.
